Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Psychodemia
A third-wave, evidence-based approach built on psychological flexibility: relating differently to difficult thoughts and feelings, and moving toward what genuinely matters. ACT already shapes how I work with the cognitive layer of conflict: the stories our minds hand us mid-fight.

These frameworks structure how I read every session and everything I make. My ACT certification is in its final stage; formal training in NARM and EFT is next on the path. I name that plainly: where I hold a credential, where one is in progress, and where I am studying deeply ahead of formal training.

NARM
NeuroAffective Relational Model
A body-based approach for working with developmental trauma and the early relational patterns that shape how we connect, protect, and shut down in adult relationships.
EFT
Emotionally Focused Therapy
An evidence-based framework for couples and individuals, developed by Sue Johnson. Works with the emotional and attachment patterns underneath the conflict cycle.
Somatic work
Body-based therapeutic approaches
Working with the nervous system through the body: what gets activated, where it lives physically, and how felt-sense awareness creates change that cognitive insight alone does not reach.
ACT
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy · certification in final stage
A third-wave cognitive-behavioral approach focused on psychological flexibility: learning to hold difficult thoughts and feelings differently, and moving toward what genuinely matters.
